22 July Rememberance Ceremony

One year after the attacks on Utøya, the Norwegian Government held a national commemoration for the 77 people who lost their lives.
The ceremony began with the laying of wreaths outside the Government Quarter in Oslo.
Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg held a speech in remembrance of the terror that was experienced 1 year ago.
