All maritime applications must include:
• Employment agreement – 3 copies for NIS vessels.Those on NOR-vessels must submit 4 copies of insurance form and a copy of their passport.
• Declaration of Company`s Preliminary Supervision of Employee who is to serve on a Norwegian Registered vessel
• National Certificate
• Basic Safety Certificate - revalidated
• Health Certificate
• Seaman`s Book
• Norwegian Seaman`s Record Book (yellow book)
